Located in the historic Holman building, this second floor space includes 3,000 sqft of class 'A' professional office space. The exposed brick sanded, and sealed walls reflect the character of this remodeled 150 year old historic property. The space is heated/cooled with a geothermal system so is not reliant on fossil fuels. Back up emergency power is available if needed as well as UPS service.

SRDC LAUNCHES NEW SITESRDC launched its new site today, reflecting the exciting new City of Summerside brand. Since the early 1970s SRDC has had a significant impact on the course of development in Summerside. SRDC has left an indelible footprint on the City of Summerside by strategically developing the waterfront as a design landmark. SRDC is responsible for much of the development that has taken place on the waterfront and adjoining land, which helped advance the economic development goals of the City of Summerside.
