Located in the historic Holman building, this second floor space includes 3,000 sqft of class 'A' professional office space. The exposed brick sanded, and sealed walls reflect the character of this remodeled 150 year old historic property. The space is heated/cooled with a geothermal system so is not reliant on fossil fuels. Back up emergency power is available if needed as well as UPS service.

About 85 employees of the provincial Department of Education moved the contents of their offices into their new home in the Holman Building in Summerside on Friday.
Although most of the workers had the day off to allow movers to unload the boxes, Gordon MacFadyen, left, director of finance, and senior director of corporate services John Cummings were on hand to coordinate the move.
About 25 employees from the Prince County area initially began working out of the new location in November, while the rest will begin on Monday.
The move is part of the government's One Island Community initiative to spread its services across the province.
